Terms of Service

1. Who we are, and acceptance

Cluesia (“Cluesia”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Ignion Apps, registered in Rajkot, Gujarat, India as a small business under India’s Udyam (MSME) registration scheme. By creating an account or purchasing a report, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. The Service

Cluesia is an automated accessibility detection and documentation service: a free statement checker, paid reports (WCAG 2.1 AA / EN 301 549, or a VPAT/ACR for US-market sites), and an optional weekly monitoring subscription. Automated testing detects a subset of WCAG 2.1 AA success criteria — some criteria involve meaning, context, or user judgment and can’t be fully verified by software alone, so we flag them in your report as criteria our automated testing can’t confirm. We are a detection and documentation vendor, not a compliance guarantee.

3. Your account

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must have the right to submit a given URL for scanning — for your own site, or a site you’re authorised to test on behalf of a client or employer.

4. Fees and payment

Prices are shown on our pricing page and charged in EUR. Dodo Payments Inc. is the Merchant of Record for all purchases: Dodo Payments handles payment processing, invoicing, and applicable tax (including VAT) directly, and Dodo Payments’ own terms govern the payment transaction itself. 5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit a URL you don’t have the right to scan.
• Use the Service to scan a site for the purpose of harming, disrupting, or overloading it.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, abuse the free tier, or interfere with the Service’s operation.
• Resell or redistribute our reports as your own work product without disclosing they were generated by Cluesia.
• Use the Service to build a competing product by systematically extracting our standards-mapping data.

6. Reports and intellectual property

You own the reports, VPAT/ACR documents, and accessibility statements generated for your sites. Cluesia and its licensors own the Service itself — the platform, the underlying standards-mapping database, and our own written criterion descriptions (which are original prose, not copied from WCAG or EN 301 549 text). We don’t claim ownership of your website or its content.

7. Disclaimers

The Service detects issues against WCAG 2.1 AA and EN 301 549 — automated testing detects a subset of success criteria, and some criteria can’t be fully verified by software alone, so they are flagged rather than scored. We do not guarantee that using the Service, or acting on our reports, will make your website compliant with any law or standard, and we make no warranty that the Service is uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose beyond what’s described here. The Service is provided “as is.”

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ignion Apps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any regulatory fine, penalty, or legal claim brought against you by a third party. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel any subscription at any time from your account. We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of Section 5, or if required by law. Sections 6, 7, 8, and 11 survive termination.

10. Changes to these Terms

We’ll post material changes here with an updated effective date, and notify active customers by email for changes that materially affect their rights or obligations.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat, India.
