For agencies and freelancers
Your clients ask about the EAA. Answer with a report.
You already know your clients' shops. What is missing is the testing tool and the documentation behind it. You get both here, at fixed prices.
Why this lands on your desk right now
Since the EAA took effect on 28 June 2025, regulators and, in some countries, private parties have been checking online shops. A missing accessibility statement is among the first things they notice. For your clients that means a letter, and the first call goes to the agency that built the site.
What you get
Reports for your client sites
Automated testing against WCAG 2.1 AA and EN 301 549. Every finding names the exact success criterion and EN clause, ready to hand to your developers.
Weekly monitoring
After the report, the check keeps running every week with regression alerts and an evidence log. This is the part that does not end with the project.
Agency packages in preparation
Monitoring for 10 or 30 client sites with a separate evidence log per website is planned but not bookable yet. Tell us if you would like to use it early.
Data stays in the EU
Scans, screenshots and reports are stored on EU infrastructure (Frankfurt), one question less from your client's legal team.
What we explicitly do not offer
No overlay widget and no script that patches accessibility in the visitor's browser. Such tools produce neither the evidence nor the statement the EAA requires, and in 2025 the FTC issued a one-million-dollar order over exactly this kind of promise. We test your real markup and document what was found. Fixing it stays with you.
Tell us about your agency
A partner program with its own terms is in preparation. Send us a short note with how many client sites you expect and we will get back to you personally.
Automated testing covers part of the WCAG 2.1 AA criteria. A complete assessment additionally requires manual review by specialists. Cluesia produces audit reports and documentation and does not give legal advice.
