Accessibility statement
This statement covers cluesia.com, operated by Ignion Apps. We publish it because the European Accessibility Act requires it — and because we would not sell you a report we had never run on ourselves.
Conformance status
cluesia.com is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA and EN 301 549. Partially conformant means most of the site meets the standard, but not every success criterion has been verified. We do not claim full conformance, and we would treat any vendor claiming it — ourselves included — with suspicion.
What we have not assessed
Automated testing detects only a subset of WCAG 2.1 AA success criteria. It cannot judge whether alternative text is meaningful, whether a reading order makes sense, or whether an error message is understandable to someone who is stuck. cluesia.com has not yet had an independent manual audit by a third party. Until it has, treat this statement as self-assessment.
How we test
Our development process includes automated axe-core checks of this site's public pages against WCAG 2.0 and 2.1 A and AA rules. Those checks live in the codebase, and a failure fails the test suite rather than producing a warning. It is the same engine we run against customer sites.
Tell us about a barrier
If something here blocks you, email [email protected] and describe what you were trying to do and what got in the way. We aim to reply within five working days. If you need our reply in a particular format, say so and we will use it.
If we do not resolve it
If our reply does not resolve the problem, you can escalate to the market surveillance authority in your EU member state — each state designates its own under the European Accessibility Act. In Germany that is the Marktüberwachungsstelle der Länder für die Barrierefreiheit von Produkten und Dienstleistungen (MLBF); in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Consument & Markt (ACM).
Known limitations
- Generated PDF reports have not been assessed for accessibility. If you need a report's contents in an accessible format, ask and we will supply HTML or plain text.
- Screenshots captured during a scan carry no descriptive alternative text. They show a rendered page, and no short description would convey one faithfully.
- No independent manual audit has been carried out. Automated coverage is continuous but partial.
